Please correct me if I am wrong, but this letter says that (1) Jean Nader has replaced Anthony M. O'Connell as Trustee of the 1992 land trust, that (2) she has signed a letter of intent with a Buyer, and that (3) she has signed a sales contract with the Buyer.
Who lead or allowed Jean Nader to believe she had the legal capacity to contract?

What is the document trail from the 1992 deed at bk8307p1446 to this?
Is the 1992 Deed at bk8037p1446 for the Trust property recognized? Can we get a "yes" or a "no"? And if "no", why not?
